Windows 10 oem is a full version of the operating system not an upgrade. the oem operating system is not supported by microsoft. to acquire windows software with support provided by microsoft please see our full package "retail" product.. Just fyi, but generic oem copies of windows 10 still include the case sticker and key. oem licenses from major manufacturers use the bios activation method. in fact, the keys now are covered with scratch off stuff like lottery tickets - i guess to keep people from casually stealing keys..
